In the continuation of healthy recipe series, today we are preparing healthy breakfast. We all the breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And skipping breakfast is not good for your body and immunity. If you want to lose weight balanced diet is really important which include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Whenever we think how to lose weight quickly? We are mostly clueless and don’t know how to achieve it. Mostly we go for the easy option call crash dieting. But, If you want to lose weight skipping meals is not an option instead you should eat small portions of healthy meals which are rich in protein, roughage and other nutrients like vital vitamins and minerals, omega fatty acids.
There are so many diet plans that we can follow for the weight loss. But mostly these diet plans are monotonous and bland in taste. And if you are foody then it looks little impossible to follow diet charts. So what we can do? Answer lies in eating healthy by turning them into interesting recipes.
Today I am sharing a complete meal that you can have for lunch easily. This lunch consists of Beetroot Dip and Watermelon Salad. Let’s start by cooking Beetroot Dip. For this recipe you need –
Many of us already heard about apple cider vinegar and its benefits. It’s the drink which not just aids in weight loss but also it has many beauty benefits.
First thing first, always buy raw, organic and a vinegar which says it contains the ‘mother of vinegar’. Market is filled with apple cider vinegar (ACV) but you have to choose wisely. Always go for the brands which are known and produces organic, unadulterated raw ACV.
Now let’s understand how ACV do make you lose weight?
This vinegar is made from crushed apples, then it is distilled and later fermented. We all the vinegar taste sour in nature so as a result apple cider vinegar is high in acetic acid. And once you introduce acidic content like lemon, vinegar or any concentrated form of vitamin C it helps in losing weight.
Now next is to understand physiological mechanisms that support healthy weight loss –
It suppresses our appetite: It makes you eat less by producing a feeling of fullness.

How to consume, precautions and things to remember?
You can drink ACV by mixing 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of warm water. You can also consume this drink in cold water.
If you don’t like the taste add organic apple juice or orange juice and 1 teaspoon of honey to cut the sourness.
You can drink this either in the morning empty stomach but if want to control hunger pangs or craving have this drink after meals.
Slowly increase its intake starting with one glass to later 2-3 glasses in a whole day.
It is recommended don’t consume this drink more than 2 tablespoons.
If you don’t find the raw or the organic one make sure don’t consume more than 1 tablespoon as its more acidic in nature and definitely dilute it with water.
If you experience any burning or acidity, either reduce the amount of ACV or try drinking it at a different time.
It’s been recommended to drink this by using straw to protect your tooth enamel.
You can also use ACV as a refreshing salad dressing with olive oil instead of using other vinegar or lemon juice.
You can also mix it with any herbal tea or green tea and drink it.

Once you get married, the common concern is gaining weight. And it’s so obvious because of frequent dinners and lunch invitations from your friends and family. Disturbed eating schedules and definitely no gym or workout!
Simple Tips can help!
Weight loss Drink – Start your day with a glass of warm water, lemon and honey. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder to make this drink not just good to drink, but cinnamon boost the weight loss naturally.
Count your Steps – Secondly, if you don’t have time to go to gym; engage yourself in some extracurricular activities like walking. Walking is the best exercise one can do. Today, there are n-numbers of applications available in the store which helps you count your steps – Download it. And at least walk 7000-10,000 steps each day.
Count your Calories – One should not just exercise but eat right too. Make a diet chart and follow it. Avoid sugar, starch and trans-fatty food. Include fruits, vegetables and roughage in your diet.
Cut-down Alcohol – Frequent parties and alcohol; definitely contribute in the increasing waist line. Try to cut down alcohol as much as possible.
Early Dinners – Try to have your dinner 2-3 hours before you go to bed. Make sure you eat light. Having light dinners definitely helps in reducing weight.
Exercise with your partner – If you think going gym is boring, do it with your partner then. Make a resolution that you both will workout together. If you want something more interesting join weekend dance classes’ together – best way to spend time together and losing weight as well.

We all love peanut butter and peanut. It’s not just yummy but very nutritious. Peanuts are not nuts at all, but legumes, means source of protein. Peanut butter is rich in vitamin B12 which is great for promoting healthy skin. It also contains riboflavin, Calcium, zinc and magnesium etc. It is a source of protein which is great for your body, skin and hair.
Also it’s anti-oxidant, and contains Vitamin e which helps in maintaining the skin and also helps in regenerating the skin cells. In short, peanut butter is good for your body as well your skin and hair. In fact, if you have dry skin you can apply peanut butter directly on your skin as a face mask for a smooth, hydrated skin. Since peanut butter contains protein so it’s great for your skin rejuvenation. So, now include peanut butter in your diet as well keep it in your purse.
So today I thought to make a wonderful DIY lip balm made from peanut butter and chocolate means yummy, yummy, yummy and soft lips.
