Who don’t like those long eyelashes and thick eyebrows! I believe everyone does. So, is there any recipe to make them thick and beautiful. Well, Indeed!! Our granny’s and mommy’s Pandora boxes got solution to it.

And believe me its simple too! However, before I precede any further we have to understand the pattern behind it. Some people are blessed with thick eyebrows and long eyelashes whereas some people got scanty ones. But don’t lose hope. I am not saying that within few days you will see the results but you will definitely find a difference if you are regular with it.

It’s again like dealing with hair re-growth. And definitely procedure would be the same but with few changes. First thing first, eat. Eat healthy and nutritious that the most important thing. Today people are blindly running towards dieting but believe me with dieting you will find a difference for sure but the side effects are pale skin, tiredness and dizziness etc. instead going for any dieting. Start going for some exercises even dance would help. And of course with a control your diet with a proper chart or plan.

Flaxseed contains 75 to 800 times more lignans than any other plant foods.

Now get back to the Hair Gel. This hair gel is like a leave-on conditioner, which makes your hair set, soft, silky and manageable. Flaxseeds encourage hair re-growth and prevent further hair loss. You may also use flax seed oil for hair oiling. Flax seeds strengthen your hair and good for your scalp. Although consuming excessive flax seeds may have side effects so always consult your doctor before consuming it. However, here we are talking about the external usage so there is no harm to use this.

Combating Thinning Hair: Tips for Hair Regrowth

Even after having such long thick hair, today I am left with lifeless thin hair. Reason behind this problem – I would say; MANY… first is stress, change of climate, hard water, irregular food habits, flat irons and hair colors. After experimenting with my hair over these many years I realised I have lost a lot of hair. And now it’s worrying me even more.

Recently I went to a hair expert or I would say a doctor, she told me I am suffering from hair thinning in the crown area. She showed the images where at some area I have hair coming out of one root is two or three but at crown area there is less growth. The matter of worry!!! So what to do? One is go for those expensive treatments which never take the guarantee of hair regrowth and also claims that it could be hereditary. If it’s hereditary then you may not see the result because it’s hormonal and nothing can be changed. But if the case is different like me i.e. excessive use of flat irons or blow dryers, hair colors, food disorders, stress and other etc. Then may be these tips may help you to cure the hair thinning and hair loss.
